ANNOUNCEMENTS
Thank you to each of you who supported Friendship by attending their Christmas program Monday night. We were delighted to share the Stories of our Savior with you!
If you are interested in learning about what it means to be a member of Hope in Christ Church, please come today at 3:30 to meet with Pastor Scott in the foyer. He will be happy to get to know you and answer any questions you might have about joining us.
On Thursday, Dec. 21, from 9am – 4pm, the children have an opportunity to create Christmas crafts while their parents have time to shop and wrap gifts. Registration is free, but space is limited.
We look forward to worshiping with you at our normal time next Sunday, the 24th. We hope that you enjoy a blessed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with your family and friends.
The deacons have gift requests on the tree in the church lobby from two families that have been screened by Love INC. Please take a gift tag off the tree and bring the purchased gift to church prior to this Wednesday, Dec. 20th. Please wrap your gift and firmly attach the tag.
Curious where your generous donations were spent? Interested in how church spending compared to our budget last year? Pick up a copy of the year-end summary in the lobby.

PRAYERS
Each week we pray for members of our church family. Su ggested prayers are for their spiritual growth, opportunities to see Christ in their everyday lives, and anything else that God puts on your mind for them. This week please pray for:
- Roland & Esther
- Cathy A
- Elaine B
- Philip B
- Michael & Jenn and sons Nathan and Evan
The congregation of Hope in Christ Church has made the Spirit – fil led decision to move forward and become a healthy missional church.
This week’s Missional Marker is: Compelling Christian Community (Acts 2:42 – 47)
- We understand that our love for one another is a powerful testimony to the deity of Jesus.
- We love each other as we are, not as we should be.
- We share life together beyond the worship service.
