Earthly Things need to die

            3. passion (Rom 1:26-27, 1Th 4:5.
            4. evil desire (Rom 1:24, 1Th 4:5, 1Pt 4:3, 2Pt 2:10, Jud 16, Eph 2:3)
            5. covetousness (Lk 12:15, 1Th 2:5, 2Pt 2:3, 2:14, 2Cor 12:17)
         2. List 2: Sins of Speech and Emotions (Col 3:8-9a)
            1. “But now you must put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and obscene talk from your mouth.” (Colossians 3:8 ESV)
            2. anger (Rom 2:5, Jam 1:20, Gen 4:5, Ex 32:19, Num 22:27, 1Sam 18:8)
            3. wrath (Prov 27:4, Act 19:28)
