The Eastern Tribes Return Home (Josh 22:1-9)

- Lauded for their faithfulness in 4 areas (Josh 22:2-3, Mt 25:23)
- Kept the commands of Moses (Num 32:20-22, Josh 4:12)
- Obeyed Joshua’s voice
- Not forsaken brothers (Dt 29:24-25)
- Kept the charge of the Lord your God
- Rest has come as a result (Josh 22:4)
- Charge: Keep loving God and walking in his ways (Josh 22:5)
- There is only 1 command: Love the Lord
- How do we Love God?
- Walk in his ways and keep his commandments (Jn 14:15)
- Cling to him
- Serve him with all your heart and soul
- Blessing (Josh 22:6, Num 6:24-26)
- Lauded for their faithfulness in 4 areas (Josh 22:2-3, Mt 25:23)
