- Redemption (Heb 9:12)
- Purification (Heb 9:14)
- Rest (Heb 4)
- Forgiveness – all the sacrifices point to this
- Entry into the presence of God (Lk 23:45)

- All of this is fulfilled and realized in Christ.
- Levitical sacrifices aren’t effective in changing people (Heb 10:1-2)
- The Single sacrifice of Jesus is better than many sacrifices of priests (Heb 10:11-12, 7:27-28, 9:6, 25)
- Christ is enthroned but complete victory is still being worked out (Heb 10:13, 1:14, 2:8
- But Who are Christ’s enemies? (Mt 13:29, Lk 19:27, 1Cor 15:24-26, Jam 4:4)
- If all of this is repetition what is the point?

- The repetition allows for some new things to be added.

- Sanctification comes by Christ’s obedience to God and his offering for us (Heb 10:10)
